I have owned 2 new homes in my time.I've never seen so many issues. The garage ceiling was leaking water. We told the landlord, it's an emergency work order. The plumber came the next day and said it's not a plumbing issue. It's an air conditioning issue. The air conditioning technician said that The air ducting was a poor quality. Warranty is a sham DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. JEFF OSGARD WILL NOT RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEN ATTRIBUTE ISSUE AS FAILURE UNWARRANTABLE EVEN WITH PROOF AND EVIDENCE OF POOR QUALITY MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. Our experience with Dream Finders Homes was extremely disappointing. Working with Debbe Bierer, in Jennings Farm (Middleburg Fl) was unpleasant from start to finish. The process felt extremely disorganized and even unprofessional at times. We were told we could add certain things to our custom built home, but when we requested them in writing she said "we can't do that" and dismissed the fact she initially said it could be done.
