They are building in richmondhills in supply nc and they are disrespecting current home owners in the community. They have thrown so much trash in my yard its insane. I've even called law enforcement and they got a citation for it as thats how bad its been. Everyday I pick up roofing, siding, nails, plastic, bags, insulation, foam, etc. 7am Spanish music cranked to the max. I have complained to them so much its not funny. They do not stand by the warranty on their homes and scheme how to get out of it
There warranty team is of no use . They will always contact you for the warranty services before time but they never get any feedback from the vendors whether the warranty is completed or not . Very unsatisfying , the products that are supposed to be under atleast 5 years of warranty are just 1 year or less when you get the product with the home . What's the use of a builder who doesn't provide the regular warranty of a product . Very unsatisfied experience.
We almost made the call to get a house less than a block from the beach in Florida and everything was perfect but they wanted 200,000 down on the deposit as soon as we said yes we were interested and no inspection and I’m just so grateful that we said no after reading the absolute horror stories about this company.
