Sales process amazing. Really good sales customer service. Construction great as well. Post walkthrough and warranty walkthrough horrible. Sent 5 emails and it was never done. No emails or walkthrough prior the one year warranty expiration.
***EDIT 2*** I just noticed that they re-listed the house for the same price but removed the $4k cabinet, flooring, paint, ceiling fan, and faucet upgrade. Had a great buying experience with Arther Binder in the small community by Ceicel Airforce base. We completed our final walk through a week ago. We had opportunities to do a walk through from from framing to completion and I was happy with the results. All in all good quality from what i saw. Also the superintendent Robert of the place needs a raise, he made sure to show us how all the systems work, taught us how to keep the grass up, and ensured to fix any issues we had
