BUYER BEWARE!!!! In my opinion, and experience, these guys are crooks. Talk to any of the original homeowners on Stonebridge Drive. Walk around the neighborhood and you will see what I mean. Again, in my opinion these folks should not be allowed to build or sell homes in Colorado.
MHI / DFH / Coventry homes is a shady, unfair, unethical, predatory builder that should be avoided at all cost! We signed a contract with them to build a new house in July 2021. They gladly took our earnest and options money of $34k. They estimated the build to take about a year to finish due to labor and material shortages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER! We unfortunately just purchased from this company in Windsor, Colorado. They have lied to us and purposely mislead us multiple times. “AC” was listed on our spec sheet so we asked our sales rep, Tami Smith, what that meant. She told us that it meant our house came with air conditioning. She also told us that AC was a standard inclusion and came in all Dream Finders homes.
