I booked Dream Events for my wedding. They worked great along with my decorator to dress up the hall. I'm giving 3 stars because there was miscommunication with booking my photographer through them. I was told for the size of the hall I would need 2 photographers and 2 videographers. There was no hesitation, my husband and I agreed. Stole my cousins Brittany's wedding deposit. This company are crooks. They might not have realized our family spans across all of Long Island. I own a web design, SEO company. So I will be getting the word out. If you cannot provide the original services /vennu she paid. It's only right you return the money you have had more then ample time.
If you’re looking for a flawless event, this isn’t the company for you. I was referred to Dream Events by my venue for a photobooth for my event. Adam Panetta was very hard to get a hold of for anything other than cashing the check so most communication was through my venue (that his business is located inside). The photobooth was broken, they had to keep stopping to fix it, and many guests didn’t get their copies. In addition I didn’t get my copies of photos and videos on a flash drive as I promised. Dream Events handled my wedding. They were incompetent at best. Extremely unprofessional, at basically every turn. The planning process with them was horrible and the day of was not any better. To top that off my planner showed up to my wedding in a spaghetti strap SUPER low cut tank top with a mesh shirt over it, Bermuda shorts & flip flops.
