We had a new kitchen installed in 2022. It is a pile of garbage. When installed the quartz countertop pieces were uneven, the cabinatesel were damagedand the installer tried to covered it up with white markers, some of the screws on the uppers did not even hit the studs so they were unsupported, and the kitchen sink cabinate was so damaged by the two teenage sink instalkers it had to be rebuilt by a senior installer who couldnt believe the mess the first team made. Dream and easy did a couple bathrooms and a kitchen. The finishes were awful, one of the sink holes was not cut to the proper size and he blamed us saying “they approved them” even though he had the sinks. The faucets that were hooked back up one doesn’t work and he said he didn’t have any plumbing responsibilities. The placement of the seams were awful (like in the middle of the sink !!?) and it looks like he took multiple slabs because the colours were off. We got our new kitchen installed almost 5 years ago. Blaire never came out to see the finished kitchen. Once the last nail was put in they were gone. The trim on the top of the cabinets is not squared at the corners. Sylvia told us to keep the metal stack that goes from the hood vent to outside. The installer refused to build us a box around the metal stack. He just covered the hole by putting the cupboard to the top of the ceiling. Had a kitchen put in this spring, very happy with the results and workmanship. The time lines were great, the installer fabulous, and deficiencies were done promptly. We would definitely recommend dream easy kitchens Darlene Diemert West Kelowna BC
