While dress shopping I looked at Dream Dress and found the perfect dress for me. The lady that helped me actually recommended the dress to me saying it would look good on me after she saw me. I loved it but also asked if she could slightly modify the dress to add some lace. The final product was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Dream Dress for helping me find my dress for my special day!
If you’re unsure what style you want or have any type of anxiety with people in customer service for these type of settings. Don’t bother coming here. She is not ment for customer service. Was not a pleasant experience. More like a nightmare than dream.
I purchased a wedding dress on April 12 2025 invoice #23 for $461.53 and alterations done on April 23 2025 invoice #26 for $194.21. The woman that serviced me on both occasions did not provide me with her name, but I assume she is the owner. It was the second visit that most upset me. We were 7 minutes late for a 3pm appoinment because of heavy traffic. She decided to close the shop for 1/2 hour to teach me a lesson. We waited.
