The customer service is terrible. I have contacted them twice for two different issues. Both times of contact the customer service did not provide any customer support or help to resolve the issue. Not only that, but their response email was filled with a bunch of lies. This is very rude and very unprofessional.
We love having Dream Dinners in our town! Even more than their products and services, I appreciate that the staff all understand the importance of social responsibility and are doing great things in our community. Thank you!
