Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company to anyone. Here are some pictures/reasons why: - Installed water line for refrigerator and left drywall screws exposed. The contractor didn’t do anything until I mentioned it. This is the quality of their work? - Does this look right? HVAC vent, recessed light and smoke detector all lined up? No, you should not have an HVAC vent near a smoke detector; it's a code violation and bad practice because the airflow from supply/return vents (at least 3 feet away) or ceiling fans can blo... read more
Dream Design finished our basement with a bedroom, bathroom (including moving parts of the rough-in), and living area. Yong and his team were great to work with and made the experience as painless as possible. Dream Design has lots of selections of materials, but we were also able to bring some of our own things. The designers were helpful and had good ideas. Robert, our project manager, regularly checked on the project in person. Josh Lee and his team were very professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Josh helped us create our patio and deck design. He assisted us in submitting our plan to HOA for approval. Any questions that we had were answered immediately. Dream design was also able to accommodate all the changes we requested. Financing option was also available. I will hire them again for future renovation or construction.
Can’t trust. Incompetent skills. Very limited knowledge in remodeling.
