I’ve been a loyal patient here for years and have never missed a single appointment in my entire history of dental care—until recently. I moved and changed my phone number, which led to a single missed appointment because I didn't receive the reminder. The staff clearly had the means to reach me, as the receptionist called my wife to get my new address. I was recently removed as a patient from Dream Dental due to 2 missed appointments. This is valid if I actually missed those appointments. I only have knowledge of missing one appointment which was the one that I was being called about. Not only did they cancel all of my future appointment but also advised me they would be canceling my husband and son's appointments as well. My husband nor my son (who is 6 years old) have missed any of their appointments. I think that this is a ridiculous policy to reprimand every member of ... read more
