This company has signs posted in various places and appears to have good finished products BUT be ware! Front Porch- Chesapeake DO NOT USE DREAM DECKS, LLC (INCOMPETENT) I entered an agreement on 6/26/20 to build a Brick Front Porch with roof as a retirement gift to myself and hired Dream Deck. This experience turned into NIGHTMARE. The owner, Ryan Smith appeared to be attentive to needs at the beginning of the project. Ryan listened to every detail of construction and he was taken to the sight of a completed work to duplicate the porch. Ryan was paid in full for the project. Horrible!!! They didn't dig the poles 2 ft deep, sloppy, fence was leaning within days, post caps flew off twice, and they didn't even bother to fill in the post holes on the back side of the fence. They couldn't install the gate or gate latch properly. Since gate started leaning latch never aligned.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! Dream Decks LLC is a subcontractor for Lowe's so beware. Lowe's has been given pictures and videos of the horrible work done by Dream Decks however they still use them for fence installation. My fence looked like it was installed by some kids. These workers had no idea whatsoever how to install a fence. Poor workmanship, sloppy, incompetent - doubt if those workers were licensed they were clueless. They left me with a hot mess. We signed on with this company at the end of January for a deck and fence project. It is now almost 4 months later and the project is incomplete and very flawed. When they were here, never had enough supplies. Ryan took the money that we gave him for this project and used it on other projects and payroll that he was behind on. Ultimately we have fired him and will now have to spend additional money to have it finished and repaired. Do not use this company. Fraudulent, dishonest, lack of character.
