Terrible Experience. I found a beautiful dress for a great price at this store. But there was a slight problem.. the dress had a line across the chest where the boning was. The saleswoman told me that it only needed to be steamed. I tried on a few more dresses but just knew that one was it for me. I asked again about the boning, and told her if it was a bigger issue than needing to be steamed, I didn't want it. She assured me again that it was definitely just needing to be steamed. Unsatisfied Customer DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS FROM THIS SHOP!!!!â They are not honest, double talkers, ZERO Customer Service or Accountability First visit to shop was great. Owners were out going and friendly. They are supposed to be the expert so when Laurie measured me and recommended a certain size dress of course I agreed. Once I purchased my dress and paid $1000 to Laurie & Christine (which was $500 more than what I planned to spend) the owners completely changed their attitude and showed their true colors.
