Would give a 0 if I could. Horrible Service, disgusting attitude from the "Owner". Thank goodness for Gary who actually helped me with my brake problem. We took our bikes in for service and spent over $400 in accessories. We checked the bikes brakes, ride, etc before we brought them in, everything was good, we just wanted a tune up. We picked up the bikes after the tune up and my brakes were screeching. They weren't when we brought the bikes in. I mentioned this when I brought the bike back to be looked at.
