Went in for a tire fix which they did well and my rear brakes are now not as effective as they used to be. Pretty much got a too bad that’s how it’s supposed to be when I tried to explain to them the issue.
We bought bikes from Canadian Tire just a few hours before heading downtown for a day of biking along the Toronto lakefront. Unfortunately, my bike chain wasn’t working properly, so we stopped at this bike shop hoping they could help. Even though I didn’t purchase anything, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to assess the issue and did their best to get me back on the road. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help - just wanted to leave a review to say thank you!
I had a great experience with Dream Cyclery. Carey did a great job fixing up my vintage Nishiki Regal road bike! It runs as smooth as when it was new! Erica and Eugenie spent a lot of time on recommendations for a new e-bike.
