Had a terrible experience. I’m not sure if Jaclyn just disregarded this wedding since it was only 50 people, because I honestly can’t believe the lack of care, coordination, and effort. There was basically no interaction the month of the wedding and even a week before the wedding, the vendors were all contacting the bride because they hadn’t hear from Jaclyn. Attended a friend’s wedding and heard and witnessed enough to say this woman was severely overpaid for her services or rather lack of services. She was rude and unprofessional and frankly made the bride’s day More stressful with her attitude and lack of communication.
