Absolutely appalling customer service - she will scam you of your money, once i sent payment for my clean I lost all contact and she never called/messaged me back I hope the money she scammed from my family she can buy a pair of glasses to learn how to be a decent human.

Received a message the day before the cleaners were due to arrive, saying if I don't pay total upfront, they wouldn't come. So I did, then when I returned back to the house, after the cleaners left, SO much was not done. The fans weren't done, the second toilet and bathroom weren't done, the fly screens weren't done and the floors weren't done AT ALL. They Stole from us! We hired them early December for an all inclusive bond clean which they requested we pre pay in full the day before the clean. We did, $890. They didn't touch the floors at all, the fans, lights, air-conditioning, outside of the oven. Of course when the realestate came they requested the cleaners come back to get it right, but Karen the owner refused. If you website states that your open past ten but you don't want answer calls at te don't have phone line open then or don't call someone back if you closed then
