DO NOT USE ALGONQUIN CAR WASH! THEIR CAR WASH RIPPED OUR BUMPER OFF OUR NEW CAR. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. WE ARE TAKING THEM TO COURT. THE VACUUMS ARE ALSO HORRIBLE.

I went there to get a car wash. I purchased a $6 wash and I gave the lady attendant a $20 .00 bill. While I was going thru the wash, I was putting my change away and realized I had only rec'd change for $10. I went back to the attendant and told her I had rec'd the wrong change. She argued with me so I went to the manager - she had already told him and he backed her up. He was very nasty and would not let me speak. . He told me to leave and he was done with me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I rarely go out of my way to rate a negative comment,... but after the service I got.. I absolutely have to. I had a mini detail done at this car wash for 22 dollars.. sounds like a fair deal? Boy was I wrong.. For 22 dollars I have dirty finger prints all over the inside of my car. I went back to talk to Bic, the manager and told him that I JUST got out of the car wash and noticed these prints ALL over the inside of my car. I gave them one star because I could not give zero. Worse possible customer service I have ever had to deal with. They will never get my repeat business. Rude and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place.

Absolutely do not go there! Yes they have a 3 dollar car wash but why get it when all they do is hassle you and tell you why not to get it and why it won't work for your car. Then why have it if its not a good wash. Stand behind your product! I brought my jeep to get it detailed and asked them if they could get the marks on my hood out and they said no problem. I went to purchase an auto wash and while I was there the man behind the counter was giving me a hard time about purchasing another car wash I did not wish to purchase and he wouldnt take no for an answer. I simply told him "No thanks, I'm ok" and he proceeded to tell me " Well, I know your ok. I'm telling your what your car needs.", with an attitude!! The full service wash, "mini detail" is well worth the money. I had a coupon for $14 (reg $19), and they hand dry the exterior and vacuum and clean all of the interior and glass. Excelent carwash. If you don't like spots on your car then pay the extra couple buck for a real wash. Otherwise don't complain, do it yourself.

Don't ever go there. You are better off going to a gas station car wash. I bought the top $10 wash, had to self vacuum, then when I got it home I had to re-do all the chrome because their wash left it spotty. Ultimately I took it to a real carwash, FAST Eddies. For $5 more I got a clean and spot free exterior and interior. I'd like to get my $10 back...Very Disappointed. Don't go their.
