About Our Center In 1996, Bill and Kathy's daughter, Ali, was born with Down Syndrome. They realized that with some help, their beautiful child could develop to her full potential. A lifelong horsewoman, Kathy began to explore the idea of a Hippotherapy program and traveled to different centers around Colorado to learn all she could. This makes me so sad to write. I was the Clinical Director at Dream Catcher Therapy and I loved what I did with my clients. However, Kathy Hamm, the Executive director made it almost impossible to do client center therapy. Kathy Hamm was unethical in the way she ran the business. I tried to make changes in the six months I was there. However, Kathy would not allow me to do this. The clients needs are not priority and therapist are unable to make it more then 4-6 months due to Kathy's hostile work environment. I am most worri... read more
