This makes me so sad to write. I was the Clinical Director at Dream Catcher Therapy and I loved what I did with my clients. However, Kathy Hamm, the Executive director made it almost impossible to do client center therapy. Kathy Hamm was unethical in the way she ran the business. I tried to make changes in the six months I was there. However, Kathy would not allow me to do this.
