Late post since my wedding was back in 2014 (extremely busy with life), but I wish I had waited to pay for the wedding photo album portion until after I actually received one... Because while the samples looked wonderful, I never got mine. I live out of state, so I made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone calls. Lesson learned the hard way: only pay for services once they are completed.
