These guys are super! They fit me in with very short notice, explained what they were doing and did a great job on a carpet I was sure they would have issues with. Pure Magic! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will certainly use them again!
The customer service was utterly unhelpful. I called to request an estimate, but I was not provided with any information. When a customer calls to request an estimate, it is essential to provide an estimate or at least attempt to do so.
