Maybe if you have a choice to walk out they will treat you well. We were forced to work with them through our builder, and they treated us with tremendous dishonesty and disrespect. Everyone i know in our development had the same experience. The project manager told us this as well. They steal your money while treating you like garbage, and doing a lousy job.
