The quality of work was far below expectations. Uneven flooring, crooked door frames, and paint already peeling just weeks after completion. When we brought it up, they blamed cheap materials—even though they chose them!
We were quoted one price, but the final bill was nearly 30% higher due to 'unforeseen issues' they never explained properly. Felt like we were being scammed. Will never hire this company again.
We later found out the company used unlicensed subcontractors for electrical and plumbing work. Safety inspectors flagged multiple violations. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.
Our home renovation was supposed to be completed in three months, but it dragged on for over six with no clear updates. Every time we called, we were told a different story. Extremely unprofessional and stressful experience.
Sam has an owner’s mindset and an eye for design and detail. Project turned out great, with minimal surprises, and crew were timely, polite, and clean. This company was a referral from a friend who had their deck redone, and we will pass on the favor and continue to refer them as well.
