We are VERY impressed with Shane and the folks at Dreambuilders. We had bids from several other companies to enclose our patio. Shane was by far the most honest and caring at a GREAT price! The job is in progress now and we are amazed at how careful and thorough he is. We KNOW we are good hands with Shane!
The job was to replace a noncompliant exterior stud (it was notched) and the associated drywall replacement. Their main person C is very knowledgeable with construction. He was efficient but safe, the craftsmanship is fantastic with a great attention to detail, and all the while he explained every step of the way - I learned a thing or two! The front office (T) and the manager (S) are friendly, punctual, and very price competitive. I will work with them again!

Shane was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. I needed immediate assistance with an issue, and he was able to provide a prompt solution at a very reasonable cost. He sent Carlos to handle the work, and Carlos arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and completed everything exactly as needed. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be reaching out to Shane again for future projects.
