The customer service at Dream Builders Outdoor Living was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The showroom is beautiful and gave me great ideas for my project. Highly recommend visiting them if you’re planning any outdoor renovation!
I hope they pay their workers, because no one can work hard in this Florida sun and not get paid for their work. Just take care before contract that “company “ Bad “company”
Do yourself a favor and go look for another company. This company charges astronomical prices for everything they will do in your design and up charge you A LOT what it actually costs. Please orientate yourself before making a deal. They don't even do a fair decent job or high quality, and sub contract cheap labor. Don't be fooled by their pictures and videos. To get things going, they make you sign an invoice (not a contract, but they claim it is) and you need to provide 50% upfront of the TOTAL AMOUNT. This is a bad sign. ... read more
