We contracted with Dream Builders Outdoor Living to build a pergola and outdoor kitchen attached to our home and another pergola for a seating area in our back yard. I had a summer kitchen installed in February 2025; the sales and installation team was top-notch. However, since February of last year, I’ve been having issues: the exhaust hood doesn't work on speed 3, the summer screen isn't functioning, and the installed gutters are leaking. I’ve been sending emails and making calls for over a year with no response—terrible customer support. While the sales team was excellent at the time, the after-sales support is a zero. What started out as excited project in the fall of 2024, hyped by Felipe’s “what’s up” IG videos and all the great looking projects on the Dreambuilders IG pages, I became blind to the many red flags I should have seen , yet felt I was paying a premium for what I saw on social media and the in person chats when I visited the showroom. I had a very disappointing experience throughout the entire process of having my project built. There were repeated issues, including incorrect screen deliveries, incorrect colors on various items, drainage being overlooked, and decorative elements being forgotten even though they required drilling into the ground.
