Poor workmanship, When replacing seals on garage door contractor noticed poor flashing and tyvec not taped. Spent 3k to repair shoddy work. To make matters worse builder denied building house. LOL
Spending 3k today due to shoddy work when house was built. Did not tape Tyvek. Did not caulk seams. Lucky we caught this when we did otherwise would have had a lot more water damage. And Yes Jason, you did build it in 2012. See attached Blueprint with your company name on it.
Jason did not live up to the commitments he made. When confronted he changed his story. Do not recommend this builder.
