Went and got lashes done yesterday from the new girl they start coming off came and asked could someone fix them and of course he charged me and said next time don't go to her...she was the only one that was there on a monday....i would've thought they would just add a lil glue. Im pissed i come up here every week only to be charged more money for what she messed up...I'm looking for somewhere else to go..these ppl don't appreciate their customers

On December 4th I was denied services in the beauty area because I didn't know their company rules that once a person received a number they cannot leave the sitting area. When you walk into the beauty area for eyelashes or eyebrows services there is a huge sign in this area that states take a number with an arrow pointing to the number box at another location in the room. Yeah, yall don’t know how to put on lashes. I got my lashes done Tuesday and they came off Sunday. I kept telling a man it looked like it’s gonna come off and he told me I was OK. He put all glue on my lashes. Y’all need to give me some new lashes.
