I been coming here for years, Anna normally does my lashes… well Anna wasn’t there this particular day, so Shaq if that’s her name.. the one who sit at the last seat, was rubbing her eyes and nose… now don’t nobody like going to her already and I have sent her clients due to the lack of people not wanting her to do their lashes or makeup.. Went and got lashes done yesterday from the new girl they start coming off came and asked could someone fix them and of course he charged me and said next time don't go to her...she was the only one that was there on a monday....i would've thought they would just add a lil glue. Im pissed i come up here every week only to be charged more money for what she messed up...I'm looking for somewhere else to go..these ppl don't appreciate their customers
One stop shop. Lashes and eyebrow techs and they do a great job. Bundles, lace fronts and more everything you need.
On December 4th I was denied services in the beauty area because I didn't know their company rules that once a person received a number they cannot leave the sitting area. When you walk into the beauty area for eyelashes or eyebrows services there is a huge sign in this area that states take a number with an arrow pointing to the number box at another location in the room.
