I had a terrible experience at this salon, where I got waxed by an unprofessional technician, Sapna, who didn't even wear gloves, making the whole process unhygienic. I had to wait for a long time, and when it was my turn, she was very rough and didn't follow the direction of hair growth, which was very painful. Despite asking her to give me a break, she continued, and I ended up with peeled skin and painful marks the next day.
