Went to the store looking for something to help my hair stop breaking and bought Mielle products unknowingly they have class action lawsuits against them with everyone hair falling out after use. 15mins after purchasing $50 worth of products I attempted to return them and even with this reasoning they refuse to exchange or return. I am sick of Asians only selling black hair products and refusing to show us respect or just bare customer service. They wouldn’t do this in different neighborhoods.
