Mean staff. I've used to go here all the time and recently revisited last night to celebrate my friend's birthday. My group of five came in around 1 am and got lucky being the only people in there. As the ONLY people at this bar, I asked the DJ if she could play 1 song, to which she replied, "I'm only playing songs from before you were born." I asked her why because no one else was there. Jo Jo Americo spins on some nights with a fabulous bartender who is a great hostess and an amazing personality.
Went on a Saturday, too crowded to even go one step without being elbowed, bumped, stepped on, or have a drink spill on me. I would never come here again. It is an accident waiting to happen. I had to shove my way to the exit to leave because everyone is trying to shove onto the dance floor…even though people need to leave(like me) in order for them to have room to come in. Songs played were mostly older but good. Saving grace were the drinks. But I saw the other reviews about the tipping thing so I was aware.
