We have lived here for over four years, and we genuinely used to love living here when the property was under different management. Unfortunately, since the new management took over, our experience has gone downhill significantly. Recently, we have had TERRIBLE neighbors who constantly fight and cause disturbances, yet nothing seems to be done about it. The staff is very very good and helpful. Nice and safe locality. Also Natalie hosts event often, those are also good.
We love our new apartment so much! The office workers are so kind and super welcoming with their entire process from applying to moving in! Kay helped guide us through each step and reassured us with any anxieties or concerns we had for accommodations due to disability or just general comforts. The area is always super clean and we always see staff around cleaning, picking up trash, and being friendly. Me and my boyfriend have lived here for about 2 weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it. They gave us two months rent free on a two year lease. Nice wood floors nice amenities the apartments are very spacious. The apartments are spread out enough where you don’t really bother your neighbors maintenance is so kind and fast. I would recommend this place to anyway. Very quiet area right behind a Walmart
Most dishonest, sneaky apartments I've ever lived in. They know they're the worst apartment complex around and they will milk you as much as they can. Trust me live anywhere else but here. You will regret it
