Stronger / Warning-Focused This was a very disappointing and alarming experience. I booked a massage through Groupon and arrived to find no salon—only an office building. The receptionist was an office secretary for a CPA firm and had nothing to do with massage services. She attempted to reach the provider, but the massage therapist never arrived. Absolute scam Booked an appointment through third-party The appointment was confirmed Came over and spent 10 minutes waiting we were told that the lady masseuse is not present at the time we need to sit and wait in the waiting room of some office Absolutely not relaxing environment. Had such a great Hydrafacial with Janet! She was super friendly, made me feel totally comfortable, and really knew what she was doing. My skin looked instantly brighter and felt so smooth after. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their skin. Definitely coming back to her!
