Mark is super knowledgeable, and more important he’s very good man and easy to handle with!! Each service or repair I needed the experience was always great. I had an issue in Saturday and he straight away offered me a solution and come to help me during the weekend which was unexpected, he didn’t thought about it twice he just drive a hour and open the shop for me which is super appreciated and shows he’s extremely good customer service and care about his customers.. something that rare to find this days! Mark completed a major service on my SUZUKI DR 650 on Monday. The extremely clean & tidy workshop & the overall professionalism is somewhat of a rarity in this day & age. Mark went above & beyond to ensure that the service was completed in one day despite needing to order some parts at the last minute. Greatly appreciated. Bike running like a DREAM so will definitely use them again based on this initial positive experience. ONCE AGAIN SINCERE THANKS MARK & CO
Read the good reviews and decided to try out in view of a regular service there. Ended up with a very expensive service. Considering their good reviews surprise they would provide a wrong advice and then made a simple mistake against that advice. It was rectified. I thought they would offer to absorb some cost but charged full price of hours spent on rectifying the mistake that was inconsequential at DOT.
Awesome workshop! They got me out of a pickle today with a busted rear brake lever and have also done great service work on my bike previously. Friendly, great communication, honesty and high quality work - highly recommend!
I recently used Dream Adventure Motorcycles to get my F800st serviced and a minor repair. They did a tremendous job which was fairly priced. I most definitely would recommend them.
