Receptionist was rude, I came in for simple xrays and inquiries and they charged my insurance crazy high prices for it.
I truly appreciate the care I always receive at my Dentist appointments. Today was a scheduled routine cleaning appointment but I was having an issue that was causing some discomfort. Holly "Hygienist Extrodinaire" pivoted her approach and provided calm, comforting care and still got my cleaning done with minimal discomfort to my area of concern. I truly believe this is the best dentist in Hamilton. I have so many reasons to say that. My smile has never looked better, and I feel more confident than ever — it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. The entire team is incredibly friendly and kind, and every visit feels comfortable from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough.
