I had such a great experience with Dr. Diana! She is incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly throughout my appointment. The clinic is beautiful and always tidy and super clean. The staff is so friendly and do their best to accommodate patients with the appointments. Hygienists are very efficient, super kind and know how to deal with kids. And doctor Diana is wonderful as a person and very professional as a specialist. I highly recommend this clinic.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Diana, and unfortunately it resulted in years of unnecessary suffering and frustration. In my opinion, the level of professionalism, communication, and trust I expected from a healthcare provider was not there. Dr. Diana is a wonderful and truly professional dentist. The office and treatment rooms are impeccably clean and the service and staff are polite, professional and efficient. It is wonderful to be greeted properly by the receptionist. I say this because far too often, we enter businesses where the receptionists don’t really care to be there and don’t even say hello.
