Jason from Dr. Drain Good was absolutely the best! We just moved into our new home and we found water standing at the bottom of the sink and a bucket to catch water. I called Dr. Drain Good and Jason came the same day and within 30 minutes. He didn’t find a leak and we were mystified why there was standing water and a bucket. He didn’t charge us for his time which we were willing to do. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend him if you have a plumbing problem. We certainly will call him again.
Called about 8 other plumbers, Jason was the first plumber to give us a call back, and came within an hour. Came in thinking we had a minor fix but was a major fix. He had to come back the next day with his son to fix. They were right on time, and fixed our major leak in a crawl space within 3 hours. Price was what he quoted me. Both Jason and his son were friendly and had a great attitude. Highly recommend!
