Very compassionate, down to earth doctor that listens and does not rush with you- takes time explaining
He explained very well the disease, the treatment, the alternate treatments, the possible outcomes-both good and bad- and self care needed in between exams. Further, prior to and after surgeries, he explained to my care giver the needs I had.
Dr. Aksu saved my life. He's an excellent surgeon and Dr..I felt so at peace in his care, especially while in the hospital..I knew he was in corner..

Dr Aksu is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to you. He also has wonderful bedside manners. My regular gyno suggested that I get a hysterectomy at the age of 35. I went to Dr Aksu for a 2nd opinion & he stated that I didn’t need a hysterectomy; just a Uterine Fibroid Embolization. I went through with the Embolization & things are so much better! Thanks, Dr. Aksu for your professionalism & knowledge!
