I have changed this to a 2-Star review as the customer support person did reach out to me. I stand by “Horrible product” and will see how helpful customer service is on Wednesday. I am pretty sure this is the worst bang for your buck of all small clinic EHR options. Constant crashes and unannounced updates that freeze your notation and disallow your scheduling capabilities. Absolutely awful product.
