Wish i could go lower than 1 star. Staff were friendly. Place seemed great for us and our dog at a time when me and my wife are struggling. Talked to at least 4 employees during the process. Up until i started the application process i was told that i could get an apartment using the wage on an offer letter i had, as i was moving for work. I lived here for a year before moving out and had one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. On the very first day I moved in, I saw roaches. Throughout my tenancy, there were recurring mold issues in the bathroom. Maintenance would come and paint over the mold, but it would continue to return. We also dealt with mice, and it often felt like the problem was never fully resolved. Another major issue was residents smoking in the hallways. On top of not policing their own parking standards they will tow your car for it being in a space if you have it on jack stands. No notice that they would have it towed either. People park everywhere some without plates or tags. Not to mention. The roach and mice problems this place has on top of the huge increases yearly on rent. Every property Morgan ownes and operates is so terrible. I will be contacting my lawyer over illegal towing practices. Dont forget the mold issues they ignore. Dont move in to their properties. Thank you Jose' for repairing my garbage disposal in a timely & efficient manner. I put my work order in thru the tenant portal the evening before and it was repaired by the time I got in the next evening.
