I have been working with Dr. C - billing service for a about 3 years now. They have been very consistent and diligent. Overall, I have been very pleased. I do recommend regular meetings with the team to review protocol, billing/collection deviation, and AR. Clinic management of the team is still important. Very happy I'm using them and for me has been better than an in-house biller.
I have been a Meditab client for 20 years and would recommend them highly. Their team is very knowledgeable, patient with newcomers, resolve problems in a timely manner, perform updates without interrupting the flow of the day, provide tutorials if needed, and for me being able to actually speak with someone when I call was very important (rarely having to leave a message). Having been a client of Dr. Catalyst for the past few years I cannot say enough good things about the team assigned to our account. Excellent customer service, consistent and exceptional quality. Highly recommend their services for your management and billing needs.
CSR rep "Morris" is the rudest rep I have ever spoke to. He calls for the purpose of obtaining info that is unavailable and does so in a threatening manner. He is hard to understand and when asked to repeat something becomes condescending. I have had to end multiple calls with him due to his horrible disposition.
They called my office and when the lady was told we were not interested, she called back six times singing and took up valuable time from my office staff. Very annoying and unprofessional!
