Paid in advance for materials and labor. The job could not be completed outside due to weather .When contacted to complete the job in the spring, he stated that I was "holding" $500.00. I never received any money back to "hold". I asked how the $12,000.00 I paid him in advance was allocated and he refused to let me know. Said he wasn't going through "thousands" of receipts.
