Terrible communication! Ordered a tow bar and was told they could have it in a few days. A few days come and go, still nothing. I called a week after it should have been there and spoke to someone and was told they'd call me back. Still nothing another few days later. Went in and what do you know, the bar is there! and they claim they didn't know who it belonged to. I had paid a deposit and they had all my details! Not impressed and won't be back. I like supporting local businesses, but im not stupid.

Had a challenging fix to integrate a light bar for new Sportage, but they did a great job and couldn’t be happier with the end results, both look and effectiveness of the light.

The team at DRC have been doing our work on all our truck/trailers,cars,horse floats,motorbike trailers etc etc for years always a great job, there finish is A1and pricing the same keep up the great work team!!

Know their stuff and did a great job in the end. But… their communication and professionalism was very disappointing. Have no respect for the fact that customers must plan every day when their car is sitting there without any work being done to it because the shop has overbooked themselves. Was told multiple times to expect a call back for an update only to receive nothing

Absolute Disgrace I gave these guys an opportunity to redeem themselves after stuffing work up 10yrs prior. Went in for a quote, seemed excessive but i was guaranteed quality work. When i asked the time frame to complete the work i was told 2 days, which i advised was unrealistic. I was in no hurry and there were far too many variables to consider.
