LONG wait time and they have no communication skills whatsoever. The front desk girls need to find new jobs since they all look like they hate it there acting as if they are so busy but don’t do anything useful, not even a follow up verbal message to make you feel comfortable while already waiting there for eternity! I ended up switching to a different doctor in Katy after the second visit and they’re so much more professional and caring than this place! Don’t waste your time.
I was told to go to this doctor after being in the ER. Been on hold for 20 minutes just trying to schedule an appointment. I'll be going elsewhere.
Im very disappointed with DrBui because I feel like I was never treated with care, like a high risk patient. Before coming to her I looked at reviews of a lot of OBGYN’s in the Houston area and I found great reviews and comments for Dr Castillo. So I decided to call the office and it turns out that Dr Castillo is already retired and only helps with prenatal visits. So my understanding was that I would see Dr Bui, Castillo and the midwife. I absolutely don’t like her. She does not have any bedside manners. I would give a negative rating if I could. Do not see Dr bui.
