Dr. Hoffman is a very seasoned, intelligent, and interesting Psychologist! He incorporates a unique philosophical perspective to his clinical work and sessions that makes you feel zoomed out and mentally/emotionally "lighter", if you will, from repetitive unhelpful thoughts, and in the face of various life stressors.
