Now I see why they have a 1 star rating. Went crazy looking for a babysitter, always get here 15-10 min before my appointment and it still takes approximately 1 hour to get seen. Today, had my appointment at 3:45 was rushing because I was going to be 5 min late only to get here and for them to tell me they can’t see me because they passed their 8hrs which is cool but at least call before hand so I won’t drive 30 min and leave my kids with a babysitter. So inconsiderate!
Terrible. They give you an appointment time and you sit waiting for hours. 14 weeks for an ultrasound. The punjab is extremely rude to his nurses and the nurses for get to book your next appointment and make you wait another 7 weeks. Do not use him as your specialist even with Iehp. Should not be in business.
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I was referred to him by my OB/GYN, and from the very first visit, I felt uneasy. Rather than offering support during a very sensitive time in my pregnancy, he added to my stress and anxiety. He rarely answered my questions, and communication was extremely difficult. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because every time I come into the office (3 times so far) Cam has been a pleasant, and cheerful person who cares about patients. This morning when I came in, however, I noticed a really troubling interaction between Cam and her boss Sandy. Where Cam was left by herself all morning and was overwhelmed with patients and accidentally removed a patient from the monitor a few minutes early. Sandy kept saying “oh it’s not a problem. I'm not one to write a bad review but I've never had a worse experience with any healthcare provider than I did here. Roughly two months ago I was in there for a GD appointment when I told the nurse checking my charts that I was having really bad contractions and they had started around 9 am. She monitored me for about 20 minutes and confirmed I was having contractions and to just go home and drink water and they should go away.
