Been in our new home since January 2024. So not quite a year. No issues at all. Any problems I have had DRB warranty jumped right on it. So far it been a great experience.
Be aware of this builder! I purchased a brand new home from Dan Ryan Builders in September 2023. In this short period, there have been numerous issues. They are refusing to fix my roof. Claiming that the roof is structurally sound and that the issue is cosmetic. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating move. Dan Ryan Builders have taken no pride in their construction.
