I will never buy a DRB new construction home again. They have the audacity to ruin your home while they build it, then send you to warranty purgatory where they are the most unorganized group of folks I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Justin from the sales department was great! The house itself is holding up nicely with a few minor complaints. Unfortunately, the warranty department is very difficult to get a hold of and did not follow through with communication. Contractors no-showed two times - very frustrating.
UPDATE: DRB IS TRASH. Drb is ok.. there were some gaps in the information as it was provided to us but otherwise they were pretty good in this subdivision
