The worst home buying experience I have ever seen, experienced or heard of. I will save most of the intricate details, but everything Logan Jayme mentioned in the review below is 100% accurate and is still applicable today even though that was written a year ago. The whole purpose of me purchasing this home was to take advantage of the low interest rates in 2020. Great Builders!!
No communication from the sales rep, I don't have any idea what's going on with my house. People have been waiting over 1 year for delivery and come to find out, Dan Ryan doesn't own the land and aren't sure when they'll own it to start builing on it. They said they MIGHT own it from the developer by mid-September, but who knows. The shadiness of the sales team Valerie, Chris and DRB as a whole is awful! How on earth did you all sell us lot in 2020 and promise delivery in 2020 when u still don't own the land 14+ months later... read more
