I have owed 4 properties in the last 30 years all prebuilt in the Bay Area in CA. I never considered a new build until I started exploring areas in the Upstate. I looked at Ryan Homes, Meritage and DR Horton home builders. They seemed so cookie cutter and all painted in boring beige or off white. Made us feel completely comfortable and helped us every step of the way! We had Andy to start with as our builder manager and he was great!
