I didn't but a house but my daughter did. I have gone along on most the visits and required meetings. They have been nothing but professional, explaining everything until we were satisfied, very truthful about timing(didn't try to give us a wishful possibility of a shorter timeline during this supply chain debacle), and very reaponsive to emails and calls.
They dont have basements, however they feature them for this community
Nice neighborhood, far enough from the interstate noise, but close enough to access it. Bring your own home inspector.
