Purchased a house from Dan Ryan/DR Horton. Little to no attention to detail, I've been in my house since August 2024 and I'm still finding things the builders have messed up. Embarrassingly small selection of floorplans - When I went to buy, I could choose from only four options, new buyers can pick from only two. Just another huge company that cares only about their profits.
From the time I reached out to Jessica until the end of the process, she was an amazing help. She made the process so smooth for us. She was always responsive and kept us in the loop with everything. My children just adore her and ALL her snacks and they are 100% convinced she lives in the model home. hahha. We have been in the neighboorhood for almost two weeks and everything has been wonderful thus far!
Jessica has been extremely helpful since day one! We were moving to the area due to my husbands job and she and Mike made the entire process so easy.
