Communication is horrible, and good luck getting things fixed after closing. Upgrades are so overpriced my house didn't appraise for the purchase price. I love the house, although I find items that show poor craftsmanship weekly. I have had a hole in my laundry room wall for weeks now because they forgot to include my dryer vent when building the house. I have trim missing on my level 5 upgraded cabinets because they said the microwave was too big to insert unless they removed 3 feet of my trim, that I paid for. I really wan... read more

Horrible new home builder. Also aka DBR homes. Constructed too fast with many mistakes and a horrible warranty. Builder does not take pride in its construction leaving debris in all of the sewer drains and staples and nails all over the street which cause flat tires of the current homeowners. Also horrible HOA’s picked for the communities. Stay far away from the builder.
